Enjoy the rich history of Old Julian in this Charming cottage built in 1904 by F.L. Blanc, Julian's first preacher. Its beautiful antique décor will delight you. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, original clawfoot tubs in both bathrooms and a modern kitchen. This charming cottage was lovingly restored to give you modern day luxury and the comfort of years gone by.

The primary suite is complete with a king size bed, lavishly adorned for the most comfortable slumber and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom is complete with an original 1891 hand carved murphy bed that will entice your guests (Full Bed)

The large back deck overlooks the spacious fenced backyard and Mainstreet Downtown Julian's shops and dining, against the beautiful mountain background. Come and enjoy everything this historic town has to offer in our cottage that has been lovingly restored to give you modern day luxury and the comfort of years gone by.

****** I am a total pet lover... however do to allergies and for the comfort and protection of the next guest we ask that you do not bring pets. So please No pet requests, No exceptions.

As a booking guest you understand and agree that If a pet is brought on site there will be an additional $500.00 clean and sterilization fee (No exception)

This cottage is a historic property and is not set up for parties and no more than 4 people at most.

This quiet neighborhood has a noise curfew firmly in place. Please, no outside noise or inside loud music or tv, before 8am and after 9pm.

Please be prepared with tire chains during high storm conditions, there not always needed but at times, it’s required.

It was great to come to a beautiful and clean cottage after our two hour hike at Stonewall Peak!
The place is perfect for no more than four people. Is cozy, clean and it has everything we needed to cook a great dinner

Charming period home with modern touches
My spouse and I enjoyed our stay in this historic cottage. It was comfortable and well appointed. Perfect location to walk to Julian's main street and respite from the heat of Anza Borrego. We will stay here again when visiting the area.

Julian cottage is the perfect weekend get away. Just up the street from Main Street shops and restaurants. The historic home (masterfully decorated for old-time feel with modern amenities) is great for a quiet weekend of exploring Julian and surrounding areas. Convenient location!!!

All the charm you could ask for
Great, charming, historic home located just a short walk away from downtown Julian. Everyone in town is nice and sweet. It was a pleasure staying in this home for a nice getaway from fast paced city life. I recommend this place to everyone. We’ll gladly stay here again.

A Treasure in Town
My Granddaughter and I spent two lovely days in this charming , impeccably clean and beautifully furnished cottage. It is whimsical… the Hosts are very accommodating with special touches everywhere …. And great communication . A- Plus all around.

What a gem!
We stayed for christmas and had a great time! We brought out kids (4 & 7) and they thought this place was awesome. We had everything we needed there for cooking, etc. Main Street Julian was only a short walk down the street too. I would absolutely recommend staying, we plan on coming again. It's worth the price.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
This is such a beautiful property. It is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Julian and just a short drive to other things to do in Julian. The property is very clean and quaint, and we especially really enjoyed the mixed of modern amenities with the antique decor. This is a property I would love to stay at again the next time we visit Julian. The check-in process was a breeze, and we really appreciated the owner's flexibility in allowing us to check-in early. This property rocks!

Cozy Cottage Right in Town
This place was perfect for our snow weekend getaway. It's a beautiful, charming cottage literally steps away from the main street in Julian. The cottage is clean and had everything we needed, we loved the huge backyard and deck for our kids to play in the snow and sled in. They also loved the historic features the home provided with modern amenities. Steve, the owner, is great to work with; he responds quickly and is accommodating. We will be back!!

Sweet Little Cottage
We loved our stay in this cute little Julian cottage. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the thermostat kept everything comfortable in the day's heat. Tall folks need to watch their heads on the master bedroom doorway, but other than that everything was great. I especially loved sitting on the deck or porch to drink coffee, read and relax. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Loved that Quecho was almost right next door. It's definitely worth a stop.

A lovely home with vintage charm
This home was a delight for me and my mother. We visited Julian for her 86th birthday. It is updated and comfortable yet the historic charm flowed through the home. The guest book gave plenty of ideas where to visit in this quaint little town. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning our return visit.
