You'll be marveled with this 5br/3ba Tudor home located minutes from downtown Julian, walking distance to Nichol Brewing Company ( a local favorite) and 3 miles from Julian tasting wineries. Views galore of the town from the decks and upper bedroom, and you can access the Old Banner grade hike from the house.

As you walk in the front door, you're greeting with a grand hallway/mudroom with iron chandelier, a large buffet and and entry that leads into the Great Room.. 26 foot beamed ceilings, dormers , and huge chandeliers adds a dramatic effect but comfortable setting.

The main floor has a kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and deck. The kitchen has a gas stove, lots of cupboards and counter space and is supplied with everything you'll need to cook your favorite meals and then some. The dining consists of a large table with scattered pillows that doubles as the perfect place to relax while watching the chef cook. It faces a bookcase with TV and overlooks the living area with massive 8 ft chandelier and wood burning stove. Next to the dining area is the sunny upper deck with bar stools and table overlooking views of Julian and oak trees.

Down the hall is 1/2 bath, full bathroom, 2 King bedrooms with 1 that has a shower, and is connected to the 1/2 bath. The beds and linens are hotel quality with 4 pillows on each bed and plisse. All bedrooms have windows, ceiling fans and gets plenty of fresh air. The whole floor overlooks the living area with views of the outdoors. The living area comes with games, more books, large overstuffed sectional, another TV and wonderful wood burning stove with 2 windows that look out to the sunny deck with views of the surrounding trees. The deck has dining table and propane BBQ.

Got kids??? They will love the media room with 60 inch TV. All the TVS have Roku, YoutubeTv, Netflix, Amazon Prime and all you'll need is your codes to access unlimited entertainment. Wi-fi in ATT Uverse and all TV's are connected. Here there is a bunk bed , a trundle bed with 2 twins beds, and a dbl size futon couch/bed.
Sleep, watch, play games etc... its separate from the living areas so adults can have adult time anytime.

Off the hallway by front door there is another section of the house that you can access either in the hallway or with the separate entrance outside. Here you'll find 2 more bedrooms... 1 large room with gas fireplace, AC, TV, VIEWS!! high beamed ceilings and 2 queen beds. Lots a room and another great place for kids to hang out away from the adults.
Next to this room is the Master bedroom with King bed that is attached to a large bathroom with 2 sinks and a large bathtub. The perfect antidote after a long day hiking or exploring Julian. There are 3 AC units in the house to keep it cool.
There is a large garage for your use, along with a big fenced shaded dog yard that is perfect for your pets. The grassy front yard is a great place to play bocce ball, have a small event, or just sit at the table away from it all.

There are plenty of areas in the house to spread out with privacy and separation between rooms.

This is a true Country Home, that will add to all the memories of your Julian vacation.

Beautiful spacious home
Our family loved this home for our weekend stay here in Julian. Its a beautiful house with plenty of room for my 5 grandchildren. I loved the large room for the kids to sleep in and hang out in. The beds were comfortable and that alone is the most important thing for me. The kit hen was well equipped. My daughters and i cooked together and we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Family getaway
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was clean , cozy and warm with plenty of room for our group of 11. The dining room table was big enough and there was enough dinnerware. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious property in the Julian hills. We stayed the weekend for a wedding and had a great time. Sandy was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend for a large group.

Great place to relax.
This was a great place for us to hold our business retreat. It allowed for a more inclusive and intimate setting where we had plenty of space to stretch out and support the participants as they designed their next steps to make an impact in the world. Everyone slept well, there was plenty of hot water and towels, and the views were beautiful.

Great Place for a group to stay
This is a beautiful property! My husband and I used it for the weekend of our daughter's wedding and we housed 4 other couples-- family and those who are our chosen family. It's spacious, yet cozy, and we all had a wonderful time. The only issue for some was that we couldn't get the internet to work, but it was a minor issue and felt good to be unplugged for a bit. The property owner is so easy to work with and you can tell she takes pride in her property. A word to the wise: the driveway is very steep. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfy and Cozy
Our Daughter was getting married in Julian, at Sacred Mountain, so we needed a place that was big enough for us and all of our family members that flew in from many places and this place was Perfect! We were very relaxed and comfortable here. Plenty of beds and bathooms and we were all very comfortable! The house was clean, cozy, and relaxing! The views were a bonus and the neighbohood is very peaceful. We all loved this place and we really enjoyed our stay!

10 of us stayed at Sandy's place and we loved it. Plenty of room in the house, the beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the location was perfect. There are lots of area to relax and the layout gave us quiet areas to zoom. We walked from the house to the Banner trail, and 1 day we walked to town. The house was clean, and we enjoyed the views from the deck. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy stay
The property was very clean when we arrived. There had been que a bit a now but, everything had been shoveled and ready when we got there. The neighborhood was very peaceful and pleasant. The house was older but had a lot of character and was very spacious. Pretty much everything you need for cooking or baking was available. We very much enjoyed our stay and the snow!

Beautiful Big Home so close to downtown
Sandy was an amazing host. We felt so welcomed to a town we had never been to. She made great recommendations. Her place is very spacious and cozy. So much space for family time. We watched movies, played board games, grilled, took morning walks and even saw deer. Her home had it all. We made great memories here, hope to go again soon.

The House
It was a very lovely home. Just a few comments. The bedroom downstairs was very cold. The bedrooms upstairs which is 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom there is NO division between the 2 rooms and no privacy. Not good for 2 different families staying there. Needs a division or partian.

Our family really enjoyed this house. It was clean and had a lot of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and relax. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook as well as plenty of toiletries, towels, trash bags, etc. It is very close to town, Nickle Brewery, and a playground for kids. We went on walks around the neighborhood and saw wild turkeys, pigs, picked apples, and enjoyed the beautiful trees. The only downside was that 2 rooms (the bunk room and double bed room) had no window coverings so the kids woke up when the sun came up or as soon as the woodpeckers started pecking the house. But overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway
The cabin was lovely with all the necessities that you need and more! I really loved the location as it was very quiet and we met some neighbors that were very lovely and friendly! We had an absolutely great time at the cabin. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed every minute we spent in the cabin. Everything was perfect and really comfortable. Also you can tell that the owners of the cabin really take pride in what they do and they didn't miss any detail on the cabin to make it look and feel like home! Really impressed with our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend it to other people as well! Thank you for this great experience!

Wedding fun
This house was perfect for our group. The people in Julian are amazing! My brother and sister in law were supposed to get married at Sacred Mountain. Unfortunately the weather was dangerous and the wedding had to be moved to a different location (the day of the wedding?!?!) Thank you Anna and Julian Brewing Company for making it work! We had so much fun!!!!

A lot of space
There were plenty of beds, the layout was odd. To get to a master bedroom and bath you have to walk thru another bedroom and what is considered the 3rd bathroom is technically accurate, but a small closet that was converted into a shower. Overall, the house is big enough, plenty of plates and such for everyone, but the pictures online are better than reality which makes for a bit of a let down in real life. There is a huge table in the kitchen that is perfect for meals and games for at least 10 - huge plus.

Perfect Family Get Away
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming home and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out process. The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information about the local area. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the multiple comfortable beds with good quality linens.
