"The hotel is a secluded, good quality and low priced shelter from the hustle & bustle and hassling on the nearby Moi Avenue and its neighbouring central Nairobi streets. The hotel is in a good location for sight seeing in Nairobi itself and as a base for other activities such as going off on safaris to more far off places. The staff were friendly, hopeful and approachable. Entry security was strict as it should be these days in Kenya as we all wish to stay safe. A great base to start ort finish a holiday in Kenya. "

Great facilities with multiple dining options, a beautiful bar area, very good workout facilities, etc. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in all ways - helping with shuttle service, food, and special needs. Copntact them ahead to arrange airport pick-up! We especially enjoyed spending time chatting with Beatrice, Collins and Maxwell. HIghly recommend!"

"Check-in was quick. Welcome drink and hand towel was given. The porter delivered the luggage to the room and gave a tour of the room. The area is full of energy. Plenty of places to eat , socialize and shop. Sarit Mall including the above is a 3 minute walk. Streets are safe to walk, day and night."

"Hotel was just amazing, better than any 5 star I’d stayed in. A home away from home. Didn’t want to leave. Nicely laid out and in tip top shape. The room given was newly renovated in which I found no defects. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. The staff was top notch, everyone is treated as royalty. This hotel definitely stands out. Whenever I mentioned its name everyone knew of it. Other food choices and bars were just around the corner in the mini mail . Streets are very safe. Westlands is just 10mins away."
