"The hotel insisted we hadn’t paid when we arrived despite my proving i had paid 6 months previously. VRBO couldn’t/didn’t help and despite talking to an agent who said they would be back in touch no communication was received. The host eventually turned up at the hotel after we were in bed. Also turns out that the host charged us more than the hotel would have done - an extra £50 over the two nights. The hotel is brilliantly located but apart from that it is very very basic and like walking back...

"Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft die eigentlich gar nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Einfach unkompliziert und angenehm. Der Garten ist richtig groß und schön, und praktischer Weise auch eingezäunt so dass Kinder und vierbeinige Familienmitglieder nicht einfach rausschlüpfen können. Die Gastfreundschaft gegenüber Hunden hat uns besonders gefreut da das nicht bei jeder Unterkunft der Fall ist. Für Aktivitäten ist auch gesorgt, z.B. Tischtennis, Billard und Brettspiele und...

The property was immaculate and inviting, with fresh fruit on the table, and the area was very quiet. We had access to bikes and explored the woods and the beautiful lake nearby. "Objekt war als Ferienhaus ausgeschrieben. Zuerst war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Es gab Infos wo der Schlüssel liegt und über die Parkmöglichkeiten. Als wir am Abend ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Ferienhaus eher eine Monteurwohnung ist und die Bilder aus einer längst vergangenen, schöneren Zeit stammen... So weit so gut. Bei Betreten des Badezimmers kam uns ein übler Geruch nach Schimmel entgegen. Es gab Spinnenweben wie normal in Garagen oder Gartenhäusern zu...
