"MUST READ. Hotel did not honour booking through hotels.com and I had no choice but to pay an increased price for the room again. Case is registered with Hotels.com Apparently the hotel has changed ownership, the new owner has nothing to do with hotels.com and states he does not receive any money. "Access to the mall is the only plus. Furnishings in the rooms are outdated and dirty. I never sat in a sofa before that has no back cushions to support you. No convenient electrical outlets to plug electronics or bedside medical devices like CPAP. Breakfast is same old average tasting buffet. No parking.
