"This is a great little property at a fraction of the cost of the large beach resorts. It is conveniently located to Grace Beach downtown. I took a 3 mile jog every day and was near the shops and all the resorts within minutes of the property. Convenient to walk to for grown adult adults but a bit more challenging if you have younger kids. We chose to rent a car as we wanted to tour the island and it made it very convenient to haul all the fun accessories. The property has beach gear which...

"This place was about what we expected. There was no paddles for kayak. Deck by the canal was unsafe. The bed was decent, shower was hot toilet flushed and laundry worked. Overall I would stay again for the value."

"This property was very clean, modern, quiet and a 5 mins walk to the beach. Smiths reef is about a 10 mins walk and there you will get the best snorkeling! There are many amazing restaurants nearby: Indigo, Marine Room, Rock House, Baci, Mango Reef. All these are within walking distance except for Rock House. The restaurant on site Simone is also good. As well as the little cafe Jammin Gelato - amazing ice cream!! Rock house has the best pizza on the island - according to them - and I must admit...

"This is a property with several little spots for rent that really used space creatively. The spot we had was so great for what we were looking for. We wanted to sleep, clean up and make a few meals while keeping things affordable. There was a comfortable bed, a tidy cooking space that was stocked with cooking and eating utensils, and very importantly, quiet, air conditioned space. I absolutely recommend this place. "

"Came with wife and 4 year old and we all had an amazing stay. Modern property with full amenities that comes fully as advertised. Very available owners who live nearby. We loved the pool. The beautiful Bight beach is a short stroll from the property.Definitely planning on returning next year."

"Great house with lots of space, in a fabulous location. House manager was super helpful setting up excursions when requested. We rented kayaks a couple days which was a great way to explore beaches that are hidden away with no people! Definitely recommend!"

"This was our second time at the Inn at Grace Bay and we loved it even more! It was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to travel the island and explore while also being right in the heart of Grace Bay. Ariel is wonderful! Super responsive and helpful with everything you could need. "

"This is our 2nd time at the Atrium. It's very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Our room this time had a couple of issues which is why we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and the washing machine had some issues. All in all, we love the Atrium."

"Such a beautiful and calming place to be! Everyone there was so, so welcoming, and the food options were lovely, particularly breakfast--which ran until 11am! Families were very welcome and entertainment activities abounded, but the atmosphere was never too loud or overbearing. Also: It's situated on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Gorgeous island, wonderful people, GREAT vacation!"

"From the rum punch that greeted us at check-in to the spacious taxi that was booked for us upon departure, the service and the staff were white glove all the way. Our deluxe King room with the full kitchen, living area, balcony and ocean view was huge. We loved the combination lock door access from the balcony so we could leave our sandy shoes outside. The bath products were all Bvlgari and smelled amazing. A shout out to Larry and Mark at the towel station by the beach; Reshawn and Abyl at Jo-Jo’s bar. The beach umbrellas and cabanas are set up early so I was able to secure prime sunning real estate for my daughter and shade for me. My only complaint is I felt the buffet was way, way over priced. I literally thought I heard the young lady say $15.99 and was shocked it was actually $59. The first night’s check was $176 for two people with one virgin daiquiri and one margarita. It was kissing $200 with the tip. We dined elsewhere every night after that. Breakfast was reasonable as hotel prices go. The lunch fare is too basic and more and better options need to be available. I feel cooks work in the kitchen vs chefs. The $10 daily taxi to the grocery store is convenient, so we bought breakfast food, but I really think it should be a free shuttle. I would definitely book this hotel again. "
