"Catherine’s place is great. Safe, quiet, well equipped. My kids enjoyed having their own beds and said the queen sleepers in the upstairs were very comfortable. Great amenities being on an inlet with kayaks, paddle boards. Loved that we didn’t have to pack beach towels and you have everything needed for the beach….beach chairs, coolers, ice packs etc. She is a great host you’re sure to enjoy your stay here! Highly recommend!!"

"This is a long story, but due to delays, we missed our flight to Grand Turk. We scrambled to find a place to stay, but located this villa allowing a one night booking. I found this villa on Expedia and it was just what we needed. The host and owner was very nice. The favorite part of our stay was the hospitality of the host. We had everything we needed!"

"The White House is a lovely place to stay, it is absolutely perfect! A few feet to a pool, a few feet to the most beautiful beach and a few feet from fantastic snorkeling where we snorkeled every day and saw sting rays, turtles, thousands of fish and even a shark. Sunsets were absolutely spectacular! We are most certainly Inter’s in returning here! This was our 3rd time back and this was our favorite place this far. "

"This property was beautiful! We loved using the kayaks to venture out and see more of Chalk Sound. The views from the deck are STUNNING- even on cloudy days. Endless towels, ice chest bags, kitchen supplies and a washing machine were all great to have. Thanks!! Would love to come back. "

"A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, this property is a gem! The owners were very attentive and responsive. The home was near enough the more commercial Grace Bay area to allow for easy access, yet far enough away to escape the crowds. Perfect for us!"

"Great townhouse in a great location with everything needed for the inside (very comfortable) and outside (loved the trolley, umbrellas, chairs, sunscreen and snorkeling gears for the beach). Very quiet area, short walk to the restaurants, beach and casino. The host was very efficient and very quick to answer. The only downside was to sand flies outside around the property."

"We had a wonderful stay. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool at the apartment was nice. Everything was very clean. The hosts were so generous, they truly made it a 5 star experience."

"If you look at the pics and wonder ‘could it be that perfect’? The answer is yes. Everything about the house was as advertised. It didn’t feel like a vacation rental, it felt like home. We cooked most evenings and had every thing we needed. The views are insane. The water and snorkeling as advertised. And the pool was always the perfect temp. We will definitely be back! "

"We stayed at Colibri #1 from July 27-August 3, 2024 and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, Graceway Gourmet and the Salt Mills. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and many many towels. The plunge pool right outside and the spacious screened in porch were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Our family had a wonderful vacation. House was great. Excellent location, very spacious. Pool great to come back to after a day at the beach. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Jasmine, the property manager, was fantastic and always responded to questions quickly. I definitely recommend this house for others and wouldn't hesitate to go back."

"A hidden little Gem in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. It’s a short little walk to the beach ( 3-4 minute walk). The condo itself was nice and had everything you could possibly want. "The food was excellent and many dining experiences were available with the option of going to their sister resort also. They provided a shuttle to the sister resort also. The beach area in front of the resort is very large and easy to go for long walks on the beach. An easy mile walk to the shopping district and walk to the local Thursday night Fish Fry. "

"The in room coffee was terrible! (lol) We used the shuttle daily, it it would be good to have a shuttle that traveled further west and to the grocery store. The staff was lovely and helpful! We felt very safe! Our room was clean and well maintained. The lobby needs updating. The landscaping needed attention. Overall, those were small details that would improve a nice place. The location isn’t great for active young people, but it is great for families and those not interested in night life and partying! "

"We had a wonderful stay. Rochelle checked us in and was wonderful. Kind polite and patience as we checked in from our long flight. Gracelyin at the bar was exceptional.All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious yet intimate. Lots of fun stuff to do for families and couples. 10/10 recommend."
