"The staff were very friendly and tried their best. However, a recent storm (two weeks before) had devastated half of the hotel, destroying the kitchen and dining area and removing several roofs. "We had a lovely family bungalow for our 3 night stay and this hotel is in a good location. Donna the masseuse was excellent, and the staff were all very welcoming. The only downside was the restaurant had limited vegetarian options for our daughter and the lighting in the evening didn't make it feel cosy so we ate elsewhere. The Kuza cave is only around 20 minutes walk away and well worth a visit."

"Hotel was closed for renovations and they didn’t inform us before we arrived. We had to look for an alternative place to stay at night and Expedia was not helpful either with finding another hotel. I would never recommend this place because of the lack of communication and inconvenience caused! "

"Right on the beach! Our room had a view of the ocean, too. It wasn't too busy when we were there so they upgraded us to a deluxe room! Very nice people work here! The rooms are cozy with all the amenities and the water is SO hot, which was a lovely perk because not many places have such hot showers on the island. We were welcomed very graciously! "Kein Wlan, schmutzig, kein fließend Wasser, keine Stromversorgung, kein Frühstück bekommen trotz Buchung. Expedia nimmt auch keine Stellungnahme hierzu. "

"Nice if you like solitude and being in nature, and don't mind "rustic". Big open air villas surrounded by trees (even a few baobabs), which are frequent by monkeys (including red colobus). Not so nice if you are used to excellence and attention to detail in everything. Resort is in need of TLC at a minimum or renovation at a maximum to make it worth the price. All of the cushions are either worn out or torn with the cotton pocking out or zippers not closing... I would not recommend booking any...

"WOW just wow!!!! We loved our stay at this small boutique hotel. Beautiful and wonderful staff. We traveled with our 1.5 year son and it was perfect. We will recommend it to all who are looking for a slice of paradise. Good food, amazing ice cream and smoothies nice decorated and clean rooms/bungalows, stunning pool area, helpfull staff my husband went on a fishing trip planned by staff. "Tuna Lodge in realtà è inaccessibile. Al mio arrivo il "manager" mi spiega che c'è un'altra lodge della stessa proprietà poco distante, "Caveman Lodge" e quindi mi sistemerà lì. Il mio soggiorno non è stato male, Caveman Lodge è molto caratteristica, tetto e porta di paglia, io ero al piano rialzato e per accedervi una scaletta di legno (per portare il bagaglio mi hanno aiutata!) avevo un bel terrazzino con divanetto e tavolino....non go avuto problemi ma sarebbe giusto un aggiornamento!!!!"
