Traditional house located in a large courtyard, close to the owner's home. House located all on the ground floor (2 steps to enter only). Large living room with lounge area (TV), dining area and open equipped kitchen, separate pantry (washing machine).

Night side, you will have 2 separate bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 beds 90X190, and a second with 2 beds 90X200), a bathroom (shower, sink, bidet), and separate toilet.

Entrance to the property through a gate with a courtyard shared with the owners, at the front. Open carport to park a car. At the back, you have a private and enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days outside.
