"The Executive Room was fairly spacious and the king bed was big enough, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. After 3 nights of sleeping on that bed both me and my wife have lower back pain. Time for the hotel to spend a little money and get a new king bed"

"It is a cost effective place. However the reception service needs to be friendly, courteous. They should be able to provide some guidelines about the surrounding areas - e.g. in case of emergency they should know pharmacy, electric shop, shopping area etc. Even after asking repetedly for help and directions, the response was luke warm. Given the location and the tourist a little more English ability will do."
