"Located on a small street overlooking Beirut-Jounieh highway, Hôtello is a furnished suites hotel, each suite has a bedroom, a sitting area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony, along with central air conditioning, daily cleaning and towels change. The rooms are cosy and quiet. The balcony is noisy due to traffic. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the sitting area was not as comfy, but could be converted into a small bed if needed. "Amazing staff!!! Very hospitable !!! Very clean room … cleaning services waited form me till 3 pm until I left the room to clean it … Get the bigger room with balcony. Unfortunately there is a new building coming up infront blocking the sea view. "

"The pool and beach were ok but the staff are rude and disrespectful. Especially the life guards, cleaning staff and front desk. "

"The property was decent. The air conditioning barely worked and being there in the August heat was very tough. The fridge barely made the water cold. We had to get our own water as the hotel did not provide any bottles. There was a kettle to make coffee but no coffee to make. Otherwise, the hotel was decent with an alright breakfast. Not sure I would stay there again though."
