"Hotel muy bonito frente a la playa. No tiene servicio de playa pero hay muchos clubes y barracas frente donde uno puede guarecerse del sol con servicio de comida, piscina, duchas y baños. La playa es linda y tranquila (preferible antes que las del centro) pero fuimos a principios de año y el agua se llenó de microalgas produciendo que se torne de un color marrón horrible. Esos días optamos por tomar un Uber e ir a otras playas más al sur. El hotel posee un buen Restaurant, los precios acordes. Servicio de bar en la piscina, salón de juegos, desayuno. El personal: algunas personas sumamente atentas, otras no tanto. El idioma nos limitó un poco y no nos explicaron a la entrada todos los servicios del hotel. Por la noche se apagan las luces de la zona de la pileta (queda cerrada), salón de juegos y salón de sillones con lo cual es inevitable volver a la habitación. Había un grupo de personas sentado en los sillones cerca del bar en la oscuridad. No me pareció bien que no les dejaran las luces para que pudieran quedarse un rato más allí. La limpieza excelente, nos cambiaban loas toallas todos los días y las sábanas cada tres. El servicio se extendía hasta las 16:00 horas. El desayuno variado, faltando unos minutos para las 10:00 pasaba la señorita de recepción diciendo que en 10 minutos se cerraba. Optamos por ir en Uber a Beiramar algunas noches. Hay persona de Seguridad durante el día, no sé si en las noches. Enfrente hay un kiosco y una hamburguesería "

"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"RESERVEI 4 APARTAMENTOS PARA 4 DIÁRIAS CADA, ESPECIFICAMENTE O APARTAMENTO EM QUE EU FIQUEI A PORTA DO BANHEIRO NÃO FECHAVA, RECLAMEI TODOS OS DIAS NA RECEPÇÃO E SEMPRE DIZIAM QUE IAM AJEITAR E NÃO AJEITARAM, A TV DE 3 APARTAMENTOS NÃO FUNCIONAVA, SÓ FICAVA NA TELA PRETA SEM SINAL E FOI A MESMA COISA, NÃO FOI RESOLVIDO, O PESSOAL É MUITO SIMPÁTICO E SOLÍCITO, O APARTAMENTO PARECIA BEM LIMPO E A ROUPA DE CAMA ERA CHEIROSA, O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É BASTANTE VARIADO, O QUARTO É MUITO PEQUENO MAS É PADRÃO IBIS, O ESTACIONAMENTO É EXCELENTE E O HOTEL ESTÁ LOCALIZADO NAS PROXIMIDADES DO CENTRO DE EVENTOS E ESTE FOI O MOTIVO PELO QUAL O ESCOLHI. RESERVARIA DE NOVO."

"The property is well locate for meetings at Meeting center . Reception is good , staff is good , but room smells bad. All my clothes , after three days , are smelling as bad as room. It is sad because breakfast is good too. I like everything but smell "
