"Just got back from this wonderful property and it was excellent. Maggie was really helpful on making sure everything was there for us and instructions were easy. The house is lovely with everything you need for a relaxing break. Shops a drive away some lovely places to eat near and overall a great place to stay."

"The property could be amazing and is in the best location but it was very dirty on arrival and one of the toilets did not flush. I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. The beds had plastic protectors which were very sweaty! The bathrooms are quite disgusting and one of the showers was actually just a trickle. Despite this the location is fab and it is very quiet. "Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

"We had a great week and this house, it’s a fantastic property well equipped for 3 families with 7 children all under the age of 13. The terrace and pool area were perfect for long, lazy lunches in the sunshine. We had a slight issue with the freezer that was dealt very promptly by the helpful and friendly owners. Would definitely recommend this as a place for friends and family for a get together."

"The property had many attributes. The property is situated close by vineyards and farmland. It had a lovely orchard where the children could play freely, pick plums and apples which were later turned into cakes and crumbles as well as having a really lovely swimming pool. As the weather was hot the children and adults used the pool daily and had a great deal of fun.
