"Villa Belesa is a lovely villa in an easily accesible and beautiful town. The interiors are spacious and well equipped. The small garden has a nice swimming pool, so it was a perfect holiday destination for three generations of one family. However, the villa is not prestige. The infrastructure was poorly maintained and the standards of the cleanliness outside meant that we had to ask the helpful concierge to resolve many issues during our stay. "First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. I highly recommend it!"

"The house was big and spacious, and very well equipped. It had A big garden and a nice swimming pool which the children loved! We didn’t t use the air conditioning as there was a lovely breeze to keep us cool enough, and an awning over the patio table to shade us from the sun when having lunch or dinner outside. We used the BBQ several times. We loved Balaruc with its many restaurants on the edge of lake Thau, and the beautiful town of Sete and its lovely beaches close by."

"We had a wonderful holiday at this property. The house is large enough for family plus extras! The garden size is fantastic, as is the pool. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.The area is rural so nice and peaceful but if you know where to look there's some amazing wild swimming, vineyards for wine tours & some fine dining restaurants that are super child and dog friendly! Having the table tennis table and ringos for the pool were an added bonus. It would be nice to have air...
