Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. Źle naliczona kwota za pobyt i brak informacji w restauracji o wykupionej obiado-kolacji (na szczęście udało się to wyjaśnić). Jedyny plus za SPA i...

"Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...
