"Such a quaint little gem in a quaint little southern town. The room is exactly as it looks online and was comfortable and just what my husband and I needed for a two night stay. Beautiful decor, comfortable bedding, fluffy towels, wonderful shower accessories, this place has it all! So close to town and some of the places we wanted to see. Restaurants were easy to find and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again."

The sheets and blankets seemed to not have been washed but rather re-used from a prior stay, which we did not like at all. The entire property itself could use some TLC. "Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. "This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. "I was fine with the property but don't think I'll stay there again. Property access was through a small alley and not in a desirable area. There was a stale scent the entirety of my stay. Place was clean and looked like the pictures but I slept on top of my own blanket. I saw roaches in the kitchen sink when I went for a drink of water. "

"This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds. We work with the local military base and were there for work but this place is beyond anything i have ever seen. If i could post pictures i would."
