"The nightime clerk that checked me in was very pleasant, friendly, and check in was fast. Great experience overall. The nighttime clerk, whom I am assuming was over the breakfast area, was not friendly at all, didnt even say hello, and apparently does not understand a thing about customer service. She should change her attitude oe work in a different field!"

"Did not stay at this property due to hotels .com not the hotel. Let me start the lady at the front desk was wonderful. Let me start I booked and paid for the stay through hotels.com whe I arrived at property I was told they had not recieved any the reservation I immediately call hotline and was told they would handle it the gentleman was very helpful but he said he could not fix it would have to go to supervisor to fix which I was transferred to a overseas line she could. Or fix the problem either stating she could not corset the property and wood not talk to front desk via my phone then I was told I could not get a refund this went on for nearly 1 hr until she moved my reservation to another hotel which took another 45 min it was absolutely rediculous "
