There is also an outdoor covered patio with table and chairs to relax in the beautiful weather year round. Whether you are coming for the changing of the leaves/colors, Bristol Motor Speedway, ETSU, the Storytelling Festival, an art retreat, or just to relax, you will find the countryside and the views breathtaking and peaceful.

The property has a couple of trails and several rolling hills to hike or walk leisurely and enjoy nature. Deer, turkey, and chipmunks are a common site. Walk down and see the horses or take a nap on the lounge chair and enjoy the breeze. Located less than 10 minutes to I-81, trips to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Asheville, and Virginia are easy day trips.
