"We have stayed here before and will Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. "Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. "The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting.
