Harbour Breeze Villa - Jolly Harbour, Antigua

This wonderful recently updated Harbour Breeze villa located on the North Side of Jolly Harbour, Antigua within a gated community with 24-hour security.

This privately owned villa is a wonderful 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms with A/C units with remote controls, ceiling fans in each room, Wi-Fi, and a large deck overlooking the harbor with a boat lift and lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances; i.e. microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and utensils. The kitchen counter has bar stools that open into the living room and has a flat-screen TV.

The living room has sliding doors that lead out to the patio/deck overlooking the harbor. The entire first floor has wall-to-wall tiles. The patio/deck has an outdoor table and chairs great for eating and entertaining. Enjoy your mornings eating breakfast overlooking the harbor and dinner while the sunsets in the evenings.

The second floor has 2 bedroom suites. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private full bath with a shower, sliding door that leads to the private patio overlooking the water view of the harbor. The second bedroom is spacious with two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request and has a private full bath.


The villa is approximately half mile from Jolly Beach and bar.
Less than half mile from the supermarket.
Approximately 7 minutes walk to the beach on the north side.

It is the second time we had the pleasure to stay here. We enjoyed every minute. Great location and lovely deck with a view. The upgrades are well noticed and appreciated. Everything you will need you will find in this well kept villa. Communication with the owner is flawless and always a pleasure. Stunning villa perfect with the 2 beds 2 bathrooms... couldn't ask for anything more (well maybe a toaster), everything you need is provided, towels, linen, hairdryer, a welcome pack, water, kitchen towels and loo rolls. stunning location, close to all amenities. I can't fault the accommodation or the location. Will defiantly be revisiting and hopefully stay in Jolly Harbour in the same villa.

A most enjoyable stay
The villa has one of the better outlooks in Jolly Harbour, looking out over the open marina rather than at other villas, and it has been beautifully renovated. Gavin was very quick to respond to queries and very helpful. Overall highly recommended.

The villa was perfect. It was clean, updated and stocked with everything we needed and more. The deck was so calm and peaceful. Location to pool was good if you have a car, golf cart or use the bikes. Gavin and Tina and the manager were pleasant to work with and the communication was great. Our Second Stay at Harbour Breeze
Harbour Breeze is exactly as advertised. It is spacious, well appointed, clean, conveniently located, and well maintained. The location within Jolly Harbour allows for quick access to the quiet North Beach while still being an easy trek to the busier beach and restaurants. The hosts and property manager make the booking, check in, and check out processes seamless and stress free. They are available to answer any questions that come up and they go the extra mile in providing contacts for taxi service and information regarding covid testing services for return travel. We look forward to staying at Harbour Breeze again.

Perfect!!
We have just arrived home after spending three weeks at this lovely house, which is in a perfect position overlooking the waterway and the wonderful sunsets!! The house is in a very quiet, safe area and is a minute’s drive, or ten minutes walk to the supermarket and bars/restaurants. Gavin (the owner ) and Cachema ( the manager) are only a phone call away, and any queries we had were dealt with straight away! We have visited Antigua several times and decided that Jolly Harbour, and in particular, this house was our favourite. So much so, that we are rebooking for next year!!

Perfect Holiday
The hosts Gavin and Tina and also manager Cachema made the whole process of booking and checking in and out totally seamless and stress free, nothing is too much trouble for them. Gavin also put us in contact with Ajahni for airport transfers and car hire, we would definately recommend using him as he is very easy to deal with and a very lovely person. The villa was sparkling clean all over and had everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful week at the villa. The villa is sparkling clean and has everything you wish for. We especially liked the covered dining area on the huge deck. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast there which we prepared in the lovely kitchen. The Netflix TV on the master bedroom is a nice touch and we watched several great movies. The communication with the owner is top notch. Always responsive and very polite and helpful. Do not hesitate to book there. You will enjoy the beautiful beaches, grocery store and restaurants which are just a few golf cart minutes away.

Great stay!
We are satisfied with the accomodation, everything that is represented on VRBO site complies with what is included! The location is great and not far from the grocery Epicurian at the main entrance and the beach. Gavin and Tina the owners were always available for our questions prior to our departure. We did not have to worry to find a golf kart rental they rented us one ready to use parked at the villa. The facility is fully equiped, the bed was confortable and all was well. We were welcome at the airport by Ajahni the driver who is very nice and always available to drive us around on the island. Cachema the manager is great too, the safe was out of power and when contacted we facetime eachother and she helped us with the setup. Great time spent at the Harbour Breeze villa and we would return anytime! Thank you Gavin and Tina

Better than expected
We had a great time at this nautically-themed villa, which contained everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The villa is located at the end of a row of similar properties in the north side of Jolly Harbour. It has a large shaded shaded patio area, with an equally large dining table, and an extended unshaded area with a pair of sun loungers if you fancy baking in the sun. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a BBQ outside, the air conditioning works well, the beds are comfortable and so is the seating area. Internet is acceptably fast - fast enough to enjoy streaming television on the huge TV. No complaints from us - we would certainly stay again.

Nice find in Jolly Harbour!
We stayed in Gavin's villa for a few days prior to a sail out of Jolly Harbour. Gavin made everything about the stay easy for us; great communication and quick answers to any questions we had. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport who was there waiting for us and took us to the grocery store, then got us to the villa quickly and efficiently. The driver (Adjahni) was very helpful and also delivered a golf cart that we could use to get around the harbour area. The villa was clean and well stocked; had everything we needed for self catering. We had some issues with the wifi/internet access, but apparently that is a common issue with the internet provider within this neighborhood so can't fault the owner for that. Gavin did say that they were hoping to get fiber connectivity sometime in the future, so hopefully that will be in place the next time we stay there. In all, enjoyable stay made easy by Gavin and his property manager; definitely recommend and we will plan to stay here next time we're sailing in Antigua. Thanks Gavin and Tina!

Around Jolly Harbour
Harbour Breeze is within easy walking distance of the very quiet North Beach. The entire community felt secure and very clean. We did hire a car to explore other beaches in the island and we were glad of it as the on-site supermarket was a brisk 15 minute walk. If you don’t hire a car would recommend hiring a golf buggy which Gavin offers. The restaurants around the harbour give you plenty of choices and we particularly liked Al Porto (this restaurant is actually closest to the villa) and a visit to Petals cafe is an absolute must. The villa is well equipped for eating in and there is a great fridge with ice maker which was a bonus. There were plenty of towels provided. Bikes, one ladies and one gents were handy to get to the South (Jolly) beach as was a bit too far to walk. It was a completely relaxing and enjoyable holiday on a beautiful island and Gavin is a great host

Such a missed opportunity
We selected this property based on the rave reviews. I am reluctant to be the first person who was disappointed. Good points: one of the few houses in Jolly Harbour that isn't overlooked from across the road or across the water and there is open space at one end of the property. The views are nice but they are of the man-made harbour, not the sea. Disappointments: no one there to meet us on our arrival or explain anything to us and the same for our departure. The welcome book was seriously lacking answers to most of the questions we had during our 4-week stay. Shortly after we arrived I put passports etc in the safe and it locked when I was trying to set it up. As a result, we weren't able to eat anyting `for 36 hours until the local manager told us
