As you enter the property through the glass sliding doors your eyes will be immediately drawn to the contemporary feature wall in the open plan living room and kitchen. As well as the immediate wow factor, you will notice that this statement wall also perfectly captures the design theme of the entire villa, where simplicity and decadence combine to bring you barefoot elegance. There is a variety of furniture made from natural wood, fauna inspired motifs on the walls and tiles and gold fixtures and fittings throughout the property. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the property.
The living room features a traditional Caribbean style vaulted 12ft ceiling. There is a 65 inch flat screen smart TV, blue tooth speakers and two three seater sofas. There is a natural wood glass side board, coffee table and six seater dining table, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
The kitchen is light and bright with a beautiful stone counter top and marble back splash. Bedroom number three is very spacious, with two twin beds, a double built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and feature chair.
The primary suite features it’s very own bold statement wall. It also has double built in wardrobes with ventilation, a chest of drawers and a mirror. The marble style en-suite bathroom with gold accents has the same matt black fixtures and fittings and large rainfall shower as the others. And a design choice we particularly love, is that as well as the king size bed, but there is also a seating area from which you can watch your flat screen 55 inch tv. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
