Fique atento a sua necessidade
Infelizmente não tivemos sorte com a estadia, os recepcionistas foram atenciosos, mas tivemos problema com o quarto que havíamos reservado, o mesmo não tinha sido limpo, ainda estava como os hóspedes anteriores haviam deixado. Ao relatarmos isso, nos deram outros quartos, mas um dos mesmos estavam sem toalhas de banho, piso e rosto, sem contar que a limpeza de ambos não estava das melhores. E também pegamos hóspedes muito barulhentos, mesmo depois das 22h se ouvia conversar altas. Quanto ao café da manhã nada a destacar, tinha um pouco de tudo, mas pouca coisa feita na hora, parecia que os sucos eram de refresco, os bolos prontos.

O quarto é bom, a cama confortável. Problemas: Rachaduras na parede, espelhos de tomada mal instalados. MUITO barulho vindo dos corredores e até da recepção. Estávamos no 1º andar e, mesmo no horário de silêncio, tinha muita algazarra nos corredores e recepção do hotel. 5 horas da manhã e já tinha gente conversando alto e dando gargalhadas nos corredores. Tem que melhorar o isolamento acústico dos quartos.
