"The room was cleaning, I found a few hairs in the bath and in the bed. I stayed 6 nights and on day two they collected the trash, on day four they changed two towels. That was all housekeeping did, no cleaning, no bedmaking, no replenishing of soaps shower gel. The breakfast was the normal but ran out of supplies early. WiFi worked but was slow. A little more attention to detail would have made it better"

"This is a great property to stay at. A basement apartment (approximately 12 stairs down) in a quiet neighborhood that is stocked with everything you need as well as some of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies that you will need. The hosts were great! They made sure I had whatever I needed, answered all my "tourist" questions but at the same time didn't bother me unnecessarily. They made sure that the parking spot that is reserved for their guests is ALWAYS free of snow and ice...
