Great place to stay
We loved staying at this property! Super cute and lots of places to sleep. It was a short drive to Providence to grab food and go to a concert. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again =)

Cozy place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in RI. It should be noted that there is one full bathroom and the other bathroom is just a shower. We had 7 people and we were still able to make it work, but a second toilet would’ve been nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect spot for a quick stay
We were in town for a family baby shower. This place was the perfect location for the price. The beds were comfy and the cute tiny bathroom were just fine for us. We felt safe is this home check in was easy and the host was prompt in response. Shopping was just a cpl miles away which made it easy to grab the basics we needed for the quick overnight

Perfect for visit to Brown!
This was a wonderful place to stay: clean, comfortable, with plenty of room for our family. It had upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and the lines/towels were top notch. It was a quick 15 min drive to Brown University and I liked that we were all together and had a kitchen. We saved thousands compared to booking hotel rooms for graduation. Andrea was a fantastic host. There were restaurants, supermarkets and close by. If you are coming to Providence, this suburban VRBO location is an excellent choice.

Quiet and Beautiful Home

The perfect experience
Our stay with Andrea was exceptional from start to finish. We lost our lodging the day before a big wedding and When I sent the inquiry for the property, Andrea was there to save the day within the hour. She was very open about everything and even helped make accommodations to our stay while we were there. Andrea is everything you want out of a host with a beautiful property. I will be staying there again if I am ever in the area.

New England Family Vacation
My family of 6 stayed at Andrea's place this past weekend and had a lovely time. The home was clean, beds comfortable and the space met our needs for the short stay. It was easily accessible and close to the highway, which made it easy for us to get to Cape Cod, Boston and even New Hampshire while we were there. Our only issue or concern was that we misread the ad and did not realize that the 2nd bathroom was just a shower (no toilet), which was a bit of a challenge for our bigger group.

College grad weekend
We stayed here for my daughter's college graduation from Bryant University. It was a quick 10 minute ride to campus. The house slept the 8 of us comfortably and the kitchen was great for game playing and our meals. Andrea was very well at communicating with us.

Best Value in Rhode Island
Andrea is a fantastic host and as a frequent visitor, this is the best value in Rhode Island! Andrea’s property is a nice, modern, unit in a 2 family with a private entrance. Andrea went above and beyond by providing a bunch of water bottles, snacks, and other little things we would have never expected. Thank you, Andrea, for being a fantastic host. We hope to be back!

Quiet little apartment in a good location
This is a nice little apartment in a quiet neighborhood, but with easy access to stores and highways. The listing description had two inaccuracies: it has 2 queen and 2 full beds (not 4 queen beds), and there is no spa/hot tub/whirlpool. Andrea responded very quickly every time we reached out. We did have a lot of insects getting in the apartment. Though the insects are around because of the nearby woods, the doors clearly didn't seal well.

Family Reunion
The apartment was super, super clean. We were worried about the A/C being window units, but the apartment stayed nice and cool. In the middle of our stay, there was a slight plumbing issue and the apartment owners had someone come out on the same day and we never had an issue again. There were some pots, pans, cutlery we could use and plenty of towels and wash cloths and complimentary soap! We loved staying here. The host was super attentive and sweet!

We liked staying in this house. The only issue was with AC - the week was unusually hot. Combination of window AC units in every bedroom and opened windows at night worked for us. But if you are used to 71 degrees inside, it would have been hard to achieve. We had about 75 most of the time. Other than that the place is great in all aspects - would stay there again.

Questionable Rental
Gaining entry took a long time because the instructions were not clearly explained. Once inside an odor was apparent and dust particles in the air immediately irritated one of the parties asthma condition. Bugs crawling on the floor were seen and online photos did not reflect the poor layout of the dwelling especially having to go through the kitchen to get to one of the two bathrooms (3 bathrooms were noted in the online description). Property did not meet our expectations and we made arrangements to stay elsewhere. While at the property we spoke to the agent and VRBO customer service regarding the above and our desire and expection for a refund.
