"We had a lovely relaxing weekend at the hotel. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar has a relaxing vibe. Our room as allways was very spacious and comfortable . The shower is great. Free parking is also a bonus."

"Lovely welcome from the receptionist. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Room was large and very clean. Tea making facilities in the room and hair dryer. Large bathroom with bath and shower overhead. Only one bath towel, understandable for a single but two would have been better for a couple. Bed very comfortable. Bar and breakfast areas were very clean and well laid out. Did not have an evening meal, but breakfast was excellent. Would dry recommend and visit again."

"It is a very unique property with nice walking trails and gardens. Overall it wasn’t kept up well and needs a face lift and grounds keeper outside. Rooms were nice with comfortable bed and good shower. Unfortunately it is far from everything and the restaurant and bar were not open Monday night so had to drive back into town. Breakfast was good and breakfast room very nice. No air conditioning but the fan in the room was nice. "

"Only thing was told we had breakfast included on check in. Even asked if she was sure and she double checked our booking and she said definitely included. So Went to breakfast the next morning and they said we would be charged at check out as we didn’t have it included. However after explaining what happened to the manager and to why we had come to breakfast as the staff member who checked us in said we had it. They said no and we weren’t to have it, but once manager had realised we had already...

"We had an excellent 4 night stay at Beggers Reach. The room was great, the staff very friendly and professional and non intrusive. The cleanliness was outstanding and we've stayed in a lot of hotels. We ate at the hotel nearly every night and the evening meal while basic was well presented and well cooked. The cooked breakfast was ideal for us. We've booked to go back in July."

"Superb! Ever so slight improvement touches to bring it up to ultimate standard; bigger TV in lounge (could easily accommodate a 50”) and, because of the configuration of the bedroom, the only location for a TV would be in the bed footer (and they are available). If dining at the Twr y Felin maybe a transport service could be offered. It would not need to be permanent but that would make for a first class service."
