"The house was fantastic! The owners were very responsive and helpful. They have paid attention to detail in the set up of the house. The game room was a hit with our grandkids for sure. The location is very convenient to Hendersonville and Asheville as well as groceries. We were very pleased with everything and highly recommend this house. The house actually looked better in person than in the pictures which is usually not the case. "

"Host was prompt and politely returned my messages quickly when I left something behind. The home was clean and cozy! The neighborhood was quiet and calm with some dogs barking; which my dogs joined in seamlessly. My 2 dogs and 2 teenage kids enjoyed hanging out and doing things in Hendersonville, which is only about 10 minutes away.The road down the street is a bit busy and loud, but we still enjoyed walking as a family from the house to a pizza restaurant. One of my dogs is a big dog so we did need to walk him as fenced area was a little small. However; its perfect for potty breaks and we enjoyed sitting with dogs on deck as its also fenced for pups. "

"Warm and inviting home. We loved the sunrise view in the morning with all the wildlife coming. We sat in the rocking chairs, with our coffee and enjoyed the view. It was a bit chilly, so when we came back inside we sat by the fire to warm up"

"Wonderful rustic home which provided a perfect Thanksgiving gathering place for dinner for our adult children, spouses and spouses' families. The 2 kitchens worked well for food prep. The oven in the lower kitchen was working inconsistently, but they promptly responded when we reached out about it. Plenty of sleeping spaces for us--cute and a little quirky. Enjoyed strolling the wooded lot surrounding the house. Saw deer, and a large flock of wild turkeys on Thanksgiving morning! The wood stairs up to the second level are very slick (they do warn about that.) I recommend installing some clear anti-slip stair strips to prevent falls."

"This property exceeded the expectations of everyone in my family! This was the annual family holiday get-together for my wife & I, all our children, and grandchildren. The space was perfect. The large kitchen table was big enough for all of us at one time. The kids raved about the play area downstairs. And we were consistently blown away with how prepared the hosts had equipped the house ahead of our stay. 10 out of 10!"
