House was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix. The host was responsive and accommodating. My only critique would be that maybe a couple of different pan options, 1 with a lid. I used the kitchen because I was visiting my husband and stepson who are working out of town and living in a hotel, wanted to make them feel at home.

Clean property with all the amenities a hotel room cannot provide. It's located in a great spot to get to area attractions quickly, and is in a quiet neighborhood. The old dog across the street is a sweetheart.

Wonderful weekend stay
We were in town for Parents weekend at ETSU and brought our two small dogs with us. This place was absolutely amazing. It was so clean and had everything you could want for a weekend stay. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this charming place to anyone!!

Nice little getaway
This property was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies we needed to make dinners when we wanted to stay in and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We stayed here while we were moving my daughter down to live. It was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful place minutes from everything
We loved this place. Perfect little quiet back deck. Nice house. Quiet neighborhood feel, but just a mile or so to the Walmart and restaurants. Owner was extremely quick with communication to address all of our needs. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great place!
Our stay was perfect! The property is so adorable! Our first two nights we didn’t hear our neighbors but the last night there we could which made us feel bad for when our dog would be noisy. Very clean. Host easy to talk to. No problems getting in the door. And for ETSU events it was the absolute best location! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Home away from home
The Nest was the perfect place for our family (including our four legged children). We were there for a visit to ETSU for my daughter. We loved the layout! The kids were able to be upstairs in their own little bubble. There was enough space to not feel cramped. It was clean and there was EVERYTHING we needed there. We will definitely be coming back, because ETSU is where my daughter will be going in 2025.
