You're going to love this super cozy three bedroom home located in the Tree Streets district of Johnson City! It is only a few blocks away from ETSU and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown Johnson City. The home offers a king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It was completely renovated in 2023 so everything is new! We would love to host you for your visit to Northeast Tennessee!

Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.

The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.

Very nice
The house is in a very good location that is convenient, quiet, safe. We arrived to find the home very clean - much clean than most. The beds were very comfortable and the home had a ice layout. The property manager was very accommodating and very responsive. On the negative side, bathroom was very small (challenging for our group of 4 adults). The living room furniture had seen better days ands was a bit uncomfortable. There were no dressers in the bedrooms again, making it a challenge for our week-long stay. Despite the negatives, this home would be a good option when staying in the Johnson City area.
