Needed cleaned.No hand soap to wash hands in bathroom.Had a room with 2 double beds but only 1 hot chocolate.Excellent breakfast but had to make on toast as informed chef was busy ! and missing promised portion of beans in full English.Also repair work to roof just outside our room which started before 9am. Bit noisy. "

"We booked this B&B pretty much last minute without checking the reviews but it wouldn't have put us off as everyone and their expectations are different.
