The overall experience was amazing right from the chauffeur Joseph who picked me up from the airport and dropped me back to the check in experience and the stay. There is a mall attached which gives a lot of eating options. It definitely is a great and a safe place to stay in Johannesburg.

Excellent customer service from polite, friendly staff. The hotel is everything you would expect ; clean, comfortable, quiet. We stayed in the Club rooms, and the ‘ extras’ were well worth it. In particular when I had to report my lost phone to the local Police, they were very helpful.
