A perfect winter and summer destination with snowmobile/ORV trails connecting right to the property. This large, private venue is an ideal location for a family get away, golf groups, ORV enthusiasts, snowmobiling trip, snow skiing, and more. Located very close to Tree Tops and Otsego club this self contained facility has everything you need to keep your group entertained while not on the golf course, ski slopes or ORV/Snowmobile trails.

This 4,300 square foot ranch home has been newly remodeled and features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - located just outside of Gaylord. The house is located 10 minutes from Treetops Resort and Otsego club for Golf and Snow Skiing and sits on a private 10-acre parcel near the main trail head. The property is surrounded by state land that is ORV and Snowmobile accessible making it perfect for ORV or snowmobile enthusiasts. You can spend the days golfing, putting on your private green, riding or skiing while relaxing at night playing pool, shuffle board, hot tubing, etc. right on the property.

Amenities include:

* Large family room with vaulted pine ceiling and seating for 8.
* Four-season entertainment room with 6-person hot tub, sauna, 8 place dining table, sitting area, and a two-sided fireplace.

* 4 of the 7 bedrooms feature a queen bed and bunk beds that can sleep 5. The remaining 3 rooms feature twin bunk beds that can sleep up to 6.

If you stay in the Gaylord area to golf and it is not at Finnegans Roadhouse... you're missing out! This place is the best hidden gem in the area! You will not find amenities like these elsewhere.

There was soo much to do at the property that we didn't have to leave and 11 of us never had a dull moment. This place really shines compared to others similar because it sleeps 33, so your daily cost can really be cut down if split up. There are just so many amenities and activities that it's just such a great cost/value. Would love to go back.

Our family had a great time! We loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms and the openess of the main area. The Finnegan Roadhouse was very clean, modern, and well supplied. There is plenty of room outside for games and for sitting around the fire pit!

The house was amazing. It was super clean and lots of space for everyone. The house has a ton of fun amenities too. Ken, the owner, was awesome during the whole experience. He answered all of our questions and gave outstanding recommendations. We will definitely rent the house again.

The Place For Group Outings
Everything about this place is exactly as it looked in the profile. In fact it was even better! Ken was very communicative throughout without any issues. We will definitely come back again! I’ve been running our retreat for 24 years and this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at in Michigan!

Property is huge. We stayed with 10 guys on a golfing trip and had more than enough room. House was clean when we got there and the hot tub, fire ring and grill were enjoyed by all. Only small complaint would be some beds could be better.

Had a fantastic stay!
The Roadhouse is beautiful! It was super clean and heavily stocked with coffee and supplies. Had a group of close to 25 people of all age ranges from 3 months old to 62 years old. Everyone had a great time and we really took advantage of the large property. I ran laps around the property each day for exercise and each lap was over half a mile. Ken was very prompts with communication. 10/10 would recommend this property for your next vacation.

Perfect!
We have rented this home for our golf weekend now 3 or 4 times. It is absolutely a perfect house for that purpose. Great courses are all around and the amenities are perfect after a long day on the course. The sauna and hot tub are a great way to wind down after a long day. The owner is also so awesome. He has been so accommodating every year! He is easy to get a hold of and always a pleasure to rent from. I can’t say enough great things about this rental experience.

Big Groups Please Book
Couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. I book annual trips for a group of friends and this was by far the best property we’ve been to yet. House is more spacious than photos provide. Sleeping arrangements were great, entertainment all over. Plenty of “extra” stuff around the house like garbage bags, plastic silverware, to-go cups, 2 mini fridges in the house for additional fridge space, etc. The one negative, the cooking area isn’t as grandiose as you’d like for a large group, especially with one oven, but we made it work and so can you. And Ken was both responsive and helpful throughout, very easy to work with.

Perfect Two Day Stay
We had a perfect stay with great attentiveness from the host, not that we needed anything since the place was well-supplied with everything we would need and more. Due to the nature of our trip, we were gone during the days and didn't take full advantage of the amenities. This would be a nice place for a family or group who want to hang out together and relax with some space and different activities for a couple of days (putting, disc golf, firepit, hot tub...) Everyhing was super clean. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, nice furniture - lots of space. No issues at all! Thank you!

Awesome stay!
I’m not sure I can say enough about Ken’s location. We have been doing a northern Michigan golf trip for the last 15 years and this was probably our best trip yet. I was pleased to see there was everything I needed in the kitchen. Feeding 20 guys is a task and I had everything I could ask for. The location was extremely clean, plenty of hot water, televisions and beds everywhere, The outdoor area had everything needed to keep you occupied for a nice cool evening. We were able to use the trails right off the back of the house. Although we didn’t use the sauna, we made good use of the hot tub. What an added bonus for this location. The basement has everything you need to keep folks occupied and having fun. Communication with Ken was unbelievable. He made sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed. No issues at all the entire stay. We all appreciated the hospitality and allowing us to use the location. Can’t wait to do it again next year.
