"We loved our stay here! Only one tv in the house encouraged our teens to spend time with us outside on the dock fishing or just chatting the day away on the back porch. There was plenty of room and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. FYI- Walmart now delivers to the location so we set up our grocery order for our arrival and it was easy peazy. We actually used it twice while there. Would love to come back soon!"

"I traveled with my spouse and 2 kids for a 4H competition in the area and came across this gem. The house and property are beautiful as is the art work throughout. Mr. Wilburn was an awesome host. After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area."

"This gorgeous historic home was located in the perfect spot. It offered great accommodations and amenities for four adults, one 11-year-old child, and our furry friend. We appreciated the simplicity and history of the house. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch swing and rockers while listening to the sounds of birds and nature.
