Fiz minha reserva no site e cheguei no local não havia reserva alguma. Experiência constrangedora e absurda. Ainda levei uma chuva do lado de fora para procurar outro lugar para me hospedar, no minimo bizarro. Não indico nem o site e nem o hotel.

A localidade e Boa quarto bonito mas muita coisa q mostrava na foto e dizia está incluso no quarto foi tudo mentira por este motivo não me sentir bem por se enganada e uma pena pq vou volta e. Excelente, porque João Pessoa é um brinco. A localização foi incrível, a praia logo ali, com os passeios aos mergulhos muito fáceis. Sobre o flat, em si, necessita de alguma manutenção e melhor acompanhamento. Poderia ter toalhas melhores, observa-se que não há, assim, um cuidado melhor, que o tornasse mais aconchegante, como alguma decoração simples, por exemplo. A mesa da cozinha está com os pés soltos, o que poderia ter gerado um acidente, não havia panos de prato, toalhas melhores e o vaso sanitário não tinha assento. Os lençóis não estavam na cama na primeira noite, mas qdo foram solicitados aos funcionários, foram entregues rapidamente. Funcionalmente, foi razoável, mas com tanto artesanato de excelente qualidade e preço, poderia ter um toque mais aconchegante. No mais, funcional e muito seguro.

Não gostei de nada dedte local, a começar pela organização. Fiz reserva para dois quartos ,mas de início só localizaram um quarto, depois um dos quartos estava com ar condicionado quebrado e teria que esperar que fosse consertado. Nrecomendo

Um quarto simples que atendeu minhas necessidades. Pelo valor pago e localização. Ar-condicionado funcionou bem, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho limpas, quarto também estava limpo, tinha um frigobar, microondas, wi-fi funcionou bem, a tv era smart com alguns canais a cabo, o atendimento dos funcionários também foi bom, super simpáticos. Recomendo!!

No site os quartos tinham fogão e microondas.No nosso quarto havia somente microondas, quando solicitei um fogão, nos deram um fogão enferrujado e levaram o microondas. A piscina era pequena e suja.
