Muito confortavel, limpo, organizado, funcionária Ana Paula muito atenciosa qnd solicitei reparos, so achei o cafe da manhã fraco e a praia que não dava pra tomar banho, mas a piscina estava ótima.

alguma demora na definição de que quarto eu havia alugado (é um apart hotel e não sabia que eu reservei um apto de um proprietário). Achei errado o atendimento me solicitar que eu mesmo ligasse na Hoteis.com para verificação. O cabo Branco é um local muito tranquilo mas distante de tudo. (comércio principalmente) mas a acomodação me serviu para uma noite de sono. Valeu pelo custo/beneficio mas não ficaria sem me planejar melhor para esse local.

Local do hotel muito isolado no Blue Sunset Flat, consegui transferência para o Israel Flat. Não estava incluso cafe da manha. Torneira da pia do banheiro mau montada entorna água no granito, escorrendo e danificando o armário que ja bem deteriorado. Localização excelente. Lençol inicial muito ruim, velho, pequeno no colchão, melhorou com a troca no terceiro dia. O serviço tem que solicitar troca dos lençóis, toalhas, sabonete, papel higiênico shampoo. Quando solicitado atendem. Chuveiro reduzem o registro e fica pouca água ate descobrir que esta reduzido. Wi Fi muitas vezes cai o sinal.

Chegamos é o quarto estava desarrumado... Tivemos que esperar uma hora p ser liberado.. E a estadia começava as 14h é só entramos as 15:30. O flat no geral é bom

Local muito bonito, último hotel da orla de Cabo Branco. Fica um pouco distante dos principais restaurantes da orla. Bonita cobertura, com boa piscina. Fiquei em um quarto do tipo de um proprietário, o quarto era bom porém tinha problemas no ar-condicionado (vazamento de água), no entanto foi resolvido. Recomendo na janta o Camarão ao Catupiry do restaurante do Hotel!

O hotel é excelente! Em primeiro lugar, devo parabenizar a educação e a atenção dada pelos funcionários. Além disso, achei altamente confortável o sistema utilizado para liberar serviço de limpeza nos quartos. A a água da piscina anda sempre limpa, diferentemente do hotel que frequentei no ano passado. A única coisa que há para reclamar é referente à velocidade da conexão Wi-Fi. Fora isso, recomendo!

Bom, com pequenas ressalvas.
A estadia foi boa e as condições do hotel são bem satisfatórias, mas alguns serviços acabaram ficando a desejar. Quando chegamos não havia roupa de cama disponível e a entrega de toalhas de banho também foi falha. No primeiro dia de nossa hospedagem, sem motivo aparente, o restaurante do hotel não estava funcionando. No entanto os quartos são bem espaçosos e o hotel é bem de frente para a praia.

Pontos positivos: Quartos limpos, boa infraestrutura, perto da praia, bom atendimento. Pontos negativos: Isolamento acústico dos quartos não é muito boa - dá para escutar as pessoas andando e conversando no corredor, não foram fornecidos mini shampoo e sabonetes.
