"The staff was amazing. Especially Youssef who checked us in. I made a mistake by booking the room for a single person. He pointed this out to me in a friendly way. I offered to pay for the extra person. Instead, he did not take any payment as we did not want breakfast. Instead, he double upgraded us to an executive room which was super spacious and nice. We had a lovely time in the hotel. The ABC is just opposite the hotel which is very handy."
