"The floor is cover carpet which is hard to pull luggage over. We booked two rooms in one booking. However, it was assigned to two different floors. There is no phone to communicate between floors and you are restrict to use elevator to your floor and it's hard to reach to your family on different floor unless you meet up at the lobby."

"We only stayed 1 night to catch early flight from Kobe airport. While we chose the premier room so it’s a little more modern/updated, the hotel does seem a bit outdated. "
