For your enjoyment, we have a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a fire pit — ideal for watching the sunset or unwinding under the stars.
The Space:
Nioka Rise by Tiny Away is situated in Jindera, within the Riverina region of New South Wales. We’re just a 16-minute drive from Albury, a city known for its scenic location on the Murray River, historic architecture, vibrant arts and culture, and outdoor activities like river cruises, hiking, and wineries.
For a taste of nature closer to home, take a short drive to Table Top, or visit Noreuil Park, right on the Murray River, and the beautiful Albury Botanic Gardens, where you can unwind and immerse yourself in the region's natural beauty.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and the entire front paddock, approximately 1.5 acres.
Guests are also welcome to pick some fruit from our plum and nectarine trees, located next to the entrance to our property.

For road trip supplies, you can stop by Woolworths, or head to the West End Plaza, which has Coles and Kmart.

By public transport:
- Trains are available to Albury fr Melbourne and Sydney
- Taxis are available from Albury station

- We provide drinking water at no additional cost for any extra days
- Firewood provided for free
- Gas BBQ grill and Outdoor fire pit are available
- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed
- Mobile phone reception has a good signal
- No smoking inside the tiny home except in designated areas
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- We have a Border Collie dog on the property. She is friendly and may approach, but if this is an issue we can keep her fenced away.
Snake safety guidelines
- We ask guests to follow these safety guidelines to prevent snake bites
- Avoid walking through tall grass or grasslands as snakes are abundant in the area
- We recommend wearing long loose pants and close-toed shoes such as boots and sneakers when roaming around the property
Important note:
- Guests are advised to keep an eye on their children at all times as the stairs to the loft is steep
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
