Tired with nothing fixed until complained about
Has loads of potential but has been let go through a lack of maintenance and attention. An endless list of broken furniture, worn out appliances and silly things like missing light globes and overflowing bins. Really just a lack of attention from the management company and cleaners who could have the whole place really attractive and a completely different experience.
Expect to be hassled to fill in forms before you arrive and to receive harshly worded emails before and after your stay. Again a little attention to customer service and the wording of these could be softened, the pre-check-in paperwork offered as a simpler and quicker check-in opportunity (rather than forced upon you) and the whole experience could have been quite pleasant.
WiFi was excellent provided you take the modem down off the top of the kitchen cupboard to find the password.
Location is, of course, lovely and I recommend a visit to the area to anyone. I'd just stick clear of any property managed by Jindabyne Accommodation Centre which is a part of Kosciusko First National real estate agents. All that said Mel did her best to get some of the things we complained about fixed and I thank her for that.
