"Some people in front desk are not familiar with the rule. They sincerely say sorry and upgrade my room. The location is nice but the view is not good as my expectation."

"Overall is good, the cleaness is not very good. Their are two dirty hanging lamps on bedsides which they never clean them, and each time you get to bed, the lamp will be touched and started to drop ashes. You may find ashes in the room corners or furniture. I think they only clean the very limited places in the room."
