The property itself is slightly dated and could do with modernisation. However the grounds of the property are well tended and it has a nice terrace"

The outside space and pool area are lovely and have multiple seating areas, the pool area did not have lights but this allowed for some impressive star gazing and did not stop us using the pool until late into the evening. There are plenty of shops in the near by town to get supplies. The property manager came every few days to maintain the pool and plants and was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. "Gorgeous Spanish style villa, beautifully decorated, very spacious, with a fabulous outdoor dining area and a terrace where you can enjoy the most breath-taking views of the countryside, Gibraltar and Morocco - they are truly stunning. Super pool area and well established gardens ensure you can find sun or shade. The kitchen is to benefit from a refresh this coming Oct/Nov. "A casa é muito ampla e tem quartos com boas áreas e um jardim enorme. Apenas queremos deixar uma crítica: os pratos e copos não são todos iguais. Mesmo sendo um grupo de apenas 6 pessoas não conseguimos ter 6 copos iguais de água, vinho ou champanhe. Os pratos também não são todos iguais. Pode parecer um pormenor mas entendemos que faz toda a diferença podermos ter uma mesa em que tudo é igual. Os restantes equipamentos funcionaram muito bem. Obrigado por tudo."

"We would definitely stay here again. We found most of the previous reviews were pretty accurate. If you have a small enough car, you can drive to apartment, but it is not for the faint of heart. Otherwise it’s a simple 5 min walk (or less). The pool and the views were amazing. We found the town to be very nice without a lot of visitor traffic but good food and a few small stores. Nice mirador worth the 20 min walk. We did it for sunrise. The care taker was VERY helpful and responsive. "

"Close to beach, great swimming pool meters away and safe because it is a community one. It helps a lot that each of the four couples may have their own private bathroom. Both, terrace and grill place offer different areas to share."

The Villa itself was more than we could have expected, it was extremely comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need. "We had a very relaxing stay in a superb villa with a fantastic pool area and wonderful gardens. A car is a necessity but the coast and supermarket are a short drive away. Estepona is a beautiful town and again a short drive away. If you like walking then the coastal pathways are a delight. Definitely recommend."
