"We contacted the host the day before we arrived to get check-in instructions and he denied we had a booking, even though we paid months earlier and had a receipt and booking confirmation. Our family of six was left rushing to find alternative accommodation at the last minute and are still waiting for a refund. Not happy."

Could hear a baby crying above us and a dog barking nearby all night. Reception closed at 6 and we arrived shortly after that. They had left a number to call, but no one answered.
