"This property is in a very poorly maintained complex. The communal areas are not cleaned regularly. The rubbish bins were overflowing . The furniture in the villa was very old and not very clean. The bedlinen was old and stained with no change of linen given for the 2 weeks we were there. We had to wash and remake the beds the same day. We were given one small bath towel each. The shower curtain was very dirty. We took photos because we could not believe that this place could be called a...

"The perfect place to stay in Denia. Fantastic room, super friendly staff, very clean. Just a short walk to the local beach, 10 minute walk to town and the main beach. So a perfect, quiet, area to chill and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Loved staying here. Highly recommend it."

"Beautiful hotel , pool and gardens are spectacular…. Food excellent , Bedroom very comfortable and well appointed. Only small criticism, lack of staff in bar , and in restaurant, very disorganised…. But this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. "
