Bring your boat or Kayaks/canoes and enjoy the beautiful Lake. There is also a nature walking trail just a short drive from the home. The home has a spacious Living room/ dining area, and a fenced in yard. There is a long front porch for you to sit and enjoy after a day on the Lake or to drink your morning coffee . A fire pit to enjoy. Take a drive to Hot Springs where you can visit Bathhouse Row where there are many shops, Oaklawn casino, and restaurants. The home is a little off the beaten path. Come stay enjoy the lake, and nature to make memories!

Great long weekend
Great secluded location. Very close proximity to boat ramp. Cozy home. Home was very clean. Host communicated well. She was even kind enough to leave some popsicles & goodies for the kids & pup. We would definitely stay again for Ouachita Lake Fun!

Great property and excellent communication
Theresa was wonderful! The home was very clean and comfortable. So many nice additional touches that made our stay great. Located close to north side of the lake ramps. Roads got a little rough but nothing that wasn’t manageable. We will be staying again!

Very clean, comfortable house.
House was nice with a closed in yard good for our dogs. There are steps to front door so older dogs like ours may need help. Bed comfortable and had all the kitchen amenities you could use to cook with. Fairly easy to get to marina to rent a boat. We loved that it had a washer & dryer since we packed light.

Weekend Getaway
My girlfriend and myself were looking for a quiet get away for the weekend and a nice open space for our dogs to be able to run around in. Everything was clean upon arrival and it felt very homey and comfortable.

Great getaway
Our 2nd visit to this hideaway. Extremely close to lake and away from everyone to relax and enjoy lake Ouachita. Theresa is always very accommodating with necessities that we forgot or things we may need. Will definitely stay here again.

Great comfy house
Theresa's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near the Crystal quartz Mine, which our family enjoyed very much.Theresa was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Cottage for a Peaceful Getaway!
We adored this quiet and perfectly planted location! Everything inside the home was stocked with extras to share, fun games to play with the kids, books to read, snacks and gifts for our time there.. The host went above and beyond!! We will be returning!

Secluded and relaxing lake house
The house is deep in the country, it's quiet and relaxing. Every morning we sat on the patio drinking our coffee and watch deer graze in the forest across the way. The house itself is cozy and clean. The living area and dining area is spacious and very comfortable.

Perfect base for hiking
This house was perfect for us! Extremely clean with everything you need for a nice stay. Beds and chairs are comfortable. Theresa provides a collection of games and puzzles for evenings and lazy days relaxing. As one reviewer noted, the pictures really do not do it justice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Outdoor enjoyment
House was perfect. Semi-Circle drive perfect for boat and trailer. A stones throw from the best public boat ramp on entire lake. Neighborhood was quite and secluded. House was right in middle of a bunch of summer cabins and trailers that looked like fishing is very big there. Theresa was incredible. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was great. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a wonderful outdoor experience and for fishing Lake Ouachita.

This is our second time staying at this property! Very private and well equipped for our stay. Theresa is very quick to answer any questions. The gift basket she leaves with toys for the dogs and essentials for the humans is a nice touch!

Never words to describe our stay here at Theresa’s place. We’ve been staying here last 3 years. Lake is extremely close and that’s why we chose in the beginning to stay at this location. Plus the amenities of the property are spacious, comfortable and provides everything we need. Hopefully next year we’ll make it back again.

My family and friends have stayed at this property many times over the last three years! It never disappoints!! Equipped with yard games, beautiful spacious front porch and fenced yard for the dogs!! The owner thoughtfully leaves a basket of goodies for us each time!! We’ll continue to come back!

The place was great it has everything you need it is in the woods my grandsons being from Vegas they have never see so many trees.Over all we had a good time the beds were comfortable and plenty of room.They gift basket that was left for us had stuff in it we have forgotten thanks for that.We will be back for sure

Excellent, safe, clean!
If you want to get away from life, this is perfect. Clean house with everything you need. Owner was very responsive. I recommend making a stop for groceries as this is a bit of a drive to town. It has internet and that's a luxury!

Feels like home!
This place feels like a home! Everything was clean and neat. The house smelled fresh. The temperature was just right and there were ceiling fans in every room as well as portable fans. The bed was comfortable and clean. The little gift basket was a wonderful surprise! It was also very nice to have a fenced yard for the pups!
