"We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Check-in process was seamless. The property owner helped us bring our luggage in, demonstrated how to access the secure building and guided us to our room. He was very responsive to the few requests we had! Also, this property does not require you to do any *extras* at check out. The location is just a few blocks from Bath House Row, restaurants, nightlife, and the Saturday Farmer's Market. I could not sleep well due to the mattress sinking my partner and I in the middle of the mattress. My partner woke up with his back hurting. "The place was so nice. Decorated so nicely with really with up to date appliances and furniture. Dont let outside entrance fool you. We loved the coffee bar and drinking coffee on the patio with wife. Covered patio was so peaceful with outdoor fireplace. Our mornings were spent there. Cottage is very very nice. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs. Overall great trip!"
