"Positives: This is a clean ground level single-bedroom apartment. Everything was spotless especially the bathroom. Has reasonably sized fridge. There is a carport though it fits small to medium car only, but plenty of parking space outside. Fairly close to everything (shops and town are 0.5-1.5 km away) Very quiet area. Negatives: - The kitchen is small and only has 1 portable hot plate and 1 frying pan, though there is a BBQ outside as well - There is also no place to do laundry though there was a portable drying rack."
