We stayed in Agan V and it was just as the pictures show, very nice indeed. Sweet Inn were also very easy to contact for any queries or requests.

Excelente lugar, muy agradable y tranquilo. Bonita decoración. Sin embargo la regadera tenía una fuga y fue difícil bañarnos

Das Appartement war sehr schön möbliert, wie auf den Fotos. Allerdings ist die Küche nicht auf Selbstversorger ausgelegt, zum Frühstücken o.k. Probleme gabs beim Fernsehen, das Apple TV lief am 2. Tag nicht mehr und wurde leider nicht wieder Instand gesetzt. Die Tiefgarage konnten wir trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht selber öffnen, der Code funktionierte nicht. Wir wurden wie beim TV immer wieder vertröstet, leider ohne Ergebnis. Die Lage und Aussicht und auch der Komfort waren jedoch toll!!!

Excellent apartment and host
Location is excellent! It is close to the old city. The host was excellent too, she went the extra mile to help us with different questions we had. The apartment is in excellent condition, clean and is exact as the picture. I would definitely rent again with them.

Great apartment but watch out for hidden costs.
The location is great. Property was clean and comfortable. But we were surprised with a high "cleaning fee" and taxes that raised the price 35% above advertised. Also we never got the receipt for our payment and were told that our booking payment did no go thru so they processed the payment again and at this point we are wondering and hoping that there will be no more surprises in costs that we did not anticipate. The apartment is great but the administrative side has ways to improve to make guests feel at ease about costs and payments.

An amazing luxurious apartment right in the heart of Jerusalem- walking distance from new modern Jérusalem and the light rail and walking distance to old Jérusalem. This large two bedroom apartment had everything - beautiful furniture, big balcony and remote operated roll down block out blinds that added to the quiet and darkened the rooms for the best night sleep. The host was extra helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Spacious apartment in a central location. Less than one mile from the old city. There is a 5 min walk to the tram. Communication with the managers was excellent. I will use Sweet Inn in the future.

Excelente la ubicacion. Esta cerca de todo. El apartamento es amplio y luminiso y esta muy bien equipafo. Muy buena la atencion del personal de sweet especialmente de Sara. La cochera es comoda y espaciosa. El unico inconveniente es que a nuestra llegada no se habian llevado los trastos embolsados de sabanas y toallas de los huespedes anteriores, pero ante nuetro llamado lo solucionaron inmediatamente

Wonderful apartment in perfect location
We loved this apartment, it was right in the centre of Jerusalem and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, with a few extra touches that were very much appreciated, particularly a nespresso machine with a good supply of coffee, 😁 The staff were friendly and helpful and always available. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.
