We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely...

Biazi Hotel

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (69)
"This hotel was the house of the grandparents of the owner. She is very sweet and tells you the history of the building and of her family. The hotel has only six rooms, and is therefore very special and different from a large-box hotel. It is extremely clean and the room was perfect, and in a residential, interesting neighborhood. If you want a more personal hotel and connection to Israel, compared to standard hotels, I highly recommend Hotel Biazi."
