A quiet, scenic piece of paradise on beautiful Lake LeAnn which affords you a private and safe stay.
NEW (May 2018) 1 bedroom 1 bath 1200 sq ft apartment housed in lower level of owners lake home with separate entrance and garage.
Sleeps 4, with queen size bed and queen sz pullout couch. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, dinette and kitchen bar, bath with shower and tub. New gas grill. New 4K 42” TV (2019)
Walk out patios off dining and bed room with access to lake, dock, fire pit , fishing, swimming , paddle boat, kayaks or just relax sunbathing while soaking up the gorgeous views.
Lake is private and we are an HOA, therefore only members motorized boats, jet skis etc are allowed.

Excellent experience
The place is beautiful. Even though the owners live upstairs it feels like you have it to yourself as you have all of your own entrances etc. they took us for a nice boat ride. There is a nice sandy area and big grassy area for kids to play. I Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful lake house getaway
We had a wonderful time at the lake house! The property is amazing both inside and out. The pictures do not capture how lovely it is. Our daughter especially loved playing in the sand and water. The hosts provided so many thoughtful touches. Looking forward to coming back in the future. It was especially helpful to have reliable internet so online schooling could still happen away from home.

Perfect respite
Our stay was just what we needed to get away from the stress of the every day. We stayed for 4 nights, mainly to move our daughter into college for her freshman year, but also for a well-needed rest. The lake was beautiful and just outside our bedroom sliding door. The accommodations were better than the pictures. They had everything we could need and more. Everything was very clean, and we availed ourselves of the washer and dryer, as well. My husband and daughter spoke with the hosts, who were very pleasant. We will, definitely, return.

Amazing !
My sister and I wanted a short getaway on the water. This place definitely exceeded expectations. Clean. Easy to find. Access to the water and several seating areas right out the living room door. The bed was super comphy and all appliances modern and brand new. We needed one thing during our trip and I was contacted back within the hour and problem was solved in minutes. We will DEFINITELY be making this an every year vacation getaway. And the neighbors were so friendly and we loved seeing all the activity on this beatific lake. Didn’t want to leave!

A lucky find!!
What a great find! We would absolutely recommend this place to any couple or small group looking to get away for a weekend. They had kayaks, floaties, a fabulous grill and outdoor seating area, and on top of that an awesome space for a bonfire. As a sweet surprise, their neighbors had a July 3rd outdoor distancing concert for boats to pull up and watch/ listen. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful getaway

This place is a little treasure and the perfect place for a short getaway! The owners are very accommadating and thoughful about the amenities they provide. They left a little bucket of snacks with a warm welcoming note and provided us with the opportunity to use their kayaks, paddle boat, inflatable canoe and foam floating mat for lounging in the sun, on the lake. They also had two shaded decks with a sitting area, each of which had a table and chairs. There was a grill and a fire pit, with a supply of wood for our use and that also had a sitting area with a table and chairs. Also, down by the lake was a sandy area with some chairs. The apartment is very nice, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows and the couch were so comfy! The kitchen is very spacious and well stocked for what you might need to prepare meals. Moreover, there is a garage that we were able to pull into before the thunderstorm rolled though one night during our stay. What more could you possibly want in a rental?! We will most certainly be visiting this place again! Kathy and Larry are awesome! They thought of everything to make sure their guests have a nice stay and were very friendly and encouraging that we utilize what was availabe and that we let them know if we needed anything. Thank you, Larry and Kathy, for the use of your beautiful place and a wonderful stay!

Come for the view stay for the kitchen
The rental is I promise you 1000 times more beautiful than the pictures show. It’s all brand new, redone and perfect! Flooring is nice, fixtures and lighting is interesting and thoughtful. Furniture was comfortable and stylish. KITCHEN COULD MAKE YOU WANT TO STAY FOREVER. 2 Full patios, kayaks, a rowboat and a stone walkway to a fire pit.... on the lake side!! The best thing to my was the hosts. Kathy and Larry are the best kind of people. To be honest, they stayed tucked away most of the time and it was almost like we had the whole house to ourself. I have to admit I was worried about privacy but they did not bother us one bit. Also- they go above and beyond leaving little treats everywhere and even snacks too!! Book it now!!! You will not be sorry.

This property is great! You hardly need to bring anything as the kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked with everything you need. It's in a nice neighborhood and all the neighbors seemed friendly. Overall great stay, I was there for work so I just wish I could have spent more time outside instead of working!

Beautiful location, lots of spacious room. This is a great place! The hosts were great to communicate with prior to our stay - and had lots of extra and unexpected goodies. Everything from a few bottles of water to a few sweet snacks. Kathy and Larry were great - they even texted the next day to make sure all was good. There was a lot of room - it felt like it was a great retreat. Checking in/out and access to the property was super easy - and very convenient. Would stay there again! It was a little of home, away from home.

We stayed at the lake house last year and couldn’t wait to return. We enjoyed our stay once again - the house was comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. The kids loved swimming off the dock, the nearby playground and making s’mores over the fire at the end of the day. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

Immaculate, spacious apartment with beautiful view
A perfect place to stay for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of life. It has a beautiful view of the lake and is in a quiet neighborhood; very peaceful. The apartment is so very clean. Larry and Kathy have done an awesome job adding special touches to make it like home. It is very open and roomy, giving everyone their own space. The paddleboat and kayaks were there for our enjoyment and allowed us to explore the lake. Kathy and Larry were there if we needed them, but were gracious enough to give us our privacy. The online pictures are very true to life. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Larry and Kathy!

Excellent house, with all the amenities you would need.
This was a rental for my daughter for a 30 day rental. She was very comfortable and relaxed at the house. Everything she needed was there. I think her only wish was that it was in the summer, so could of enjoyed the lake. Worked great that she had her own private garage stall parking. A pleasure meeting Kathy on check in day. Would highly recommend this place to others (and may stay here myself next time I’m in the area visiting- but in the summer to take advantage of the lake).

Lovely walkout apartment on beautiful lake
The Lakehouse is perfect for a relaxing getaway! The apartment is beautiful :)-- newly renovated and tastefully decorated, it is very spacious. Kathy and Larry are gracious hosts, providing many thoughtful amenities that enhance the experience (from delicious coffee/tea to comfy reading spots stocked with magazines). There are even board games and puzzles which are fun for everyone. We hope to return someday soon!

We had a great time staying at the lake house. The amenities were perfect the apartment was decorated very nicely. We enjoyed using the paddleboat and kayak on the lake, and had great luck fishing. Loved the park and beach area as well. Can’t wait to come back

Wonderful cottage at the lake!
Very nice accommodations. Everything new and clean. Comfortable supportive furniture also. Thoughtful hosts. My grandson loved fishing off the dock. He caught lots of bluegills, some sunfish and a big mouth bass. We took advantage of the kayak, paddle boat and the grill too. Highly recommended.

Perfect weekend getaway
This was a gem of a find. We were looking for a place we could getaway for a weekend and unwind but that was close to home and this place fit the bill perfectly. The owners were extremely friendly and quick to accommodate any requests. The area is beautiful - right on the lake in a no wake zone so it was perfect for swimming, kayaking or just floating in a tube right off the dock. A paddle boat and kayak are included which we enjoyed. There is also a gas grill and fire pit which were great and the owner kept the wood stocked up for us. The unit itself is very nice - just the right size for our family of four. We found the bed to be comfortable and while I didn't sleep on the pull out sofa the kids said it was comfortable as well. We loved that there was a washer and dryer available in the unit, perfect for drying suits and towels after a day of swimming. The unit is spacious with an open floor plan and the kitchen was huge and stocked with anything you may need (pots, dishes, utensils, seasonings, tea and coffee). We loved everything from swimming, to roasting marshmallows, to sitting on the patio with a drink and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again (at least I hope they let me, considering when I arrived home I realized I "stole" a chip clip from them that was still on the bag - sorry about that!) 🙂
