"When we arrived at 1 am, the front desk staff told us all seats on buses to JFK were full. We showed up and got on with empty seats around. It also looks like neighborhood residents ride the free bus from the airport to their homes!"

"This hotel is located in a very congested area. Best to valet park your car for $35 and walk to shops and eateries. I did use the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. Opens at 7am. I think the buffet was $18.50"

The motel was fine, what I expected for the price with last minute booking. The check-in staff needs to be better, trying to manipulate guests into allowing the staff to make a photocopy of your identification when checking in is illegal.
