Wonderful Home
We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of room in the house and the amenities were great. The pier behind the house was a nice place to hang out and we were able to catch some nice fish.

Amazing
Lovely property with everything you could need. Watched dolphins and manatee swim by throughout the day, fished at night! Our son caught a 5 foot shark off the dock. Was an amazing trip and lots of memories made!

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I spent 2 weeks at the property. The house was wonderful and had everything you could possibly need. We spent a great deal of time on the dock. The view is stunning, especially the sunsets. Would highly recommend this property. Will definitely rent again.

Perfect Getaway!
This house was amazing! The location is awesome. We enjoyed fishing off the dock in the mornnings and evenings. After fishing we headed to the beach and would visit the Beach Pool. In the evenings we would go to the other pool and enjoy the hot tub. We also enjoyed mini gold. Schuckers was some of the best seafood I've had. Watching sea turtles lay eggs and see a few babies make their way to the ocean is always an added bonus!

Great Escape
Excellent getaway vacation at this beautiful and well appointed property. This house is the perfect answer for relaxation. We spent most of our time fishing on the private dock, where we encountered everything from dolphins swimming leisurely by us to gorgeous sunsets. We caught many fish; 10 different species during our short stay! Nettles Island is a unique community, where people are very friendly and helpful. Bob, the owner of the home, was an excellent host who was readily available for any questions or concerns. This is our new go to rental property, only a few hours from home. A big thank you to Bob and his staff!

Family Vacation
This is a great property in Nettles Island. There is a great dock on the Indian River that you can fish from with a lot of small snappers, blowfish, and catfish. My 10 year old loved spending time catching them! It is a short walk to the recreation center and pool. It has a large master bedroom with a queen bed and a attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds and share a bathroom. The bath and beach towels were great. There is also a full size washer and dryer upstairs. There is a full array of cookware, settings, and dishwasher. The activity shed in the carport has everything you need for the beach, fishing, grilling, and other activities. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great option for 6 people!

Nettles Island Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nettles Island. This home has all the amenities we could have wanted! We were greeted with a gift basket full of snacks after a long day of travel, which made us feel welcome. The house was immaculate and spacious. We had plenty of room to settle in and get comfortable. Bob was a gracious host, responding to questions before we arrived and throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house and this host! Thanks for a great vacation! Thhouseused around the island.

Beach vacation 2024
This was an absolutely great house to spend the week in. Bob and Patti made it so easy to check in and get around the property. The house was absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The kitchen was great to cook in we had everything we needed. The dock was great for just relaxing in the evening and watching the beautiful sunsets. I will definitely be booking this home again. Thank you for all the memories we got to make with our granddaughter.

Perfect Labor Day Vacation
My Family and I stayed at this home for Labor Day weekend. It was very spacious, had everything we needed and the owner always answered his phone whenever we had a question while using his property. Family Beach Vacation
House was clean, everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was supplied. I was very impressed with how well the home was stocked with beach equipment, extra linens ect. Absolutely perfect!
We have stayed on Nettles quite a few years now. This was by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have ever rented. The view is spectacular. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The towels were soft and beautiful as well as beach towels of high-quality. The bedrooms are enormous. Closets everywhere. Full size washer dryer. Updated bathrooms….I could go on forever. Check in was a breeze. We fished and watched dolphins swim by. What a wonderful family vacation! We will be back!

Perfect Home Away From Home
My extended family and I rented the house so we could all be together for our Grandfather's Memorial service and this place was absolutely perfect! Being right on the water was so beautiful and relaxing and the living area and kitchen were so comfortable and spacious for us all just to spend time together. Bob provided all we needed to enjoy a stay at the beach; fishing rods, bikes, folding chairs, games! They had coffee and condiments ready in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens throughout the house so we didn't need to stress about anything from the moment we arrived. It made a sad time for my family a really positive experience! Couldn't recommend it enough.

The house is spectacular and the view is unbelievable. The owners are attentive to every detail and have great communication. 3 of our 6 guys stayed at this location for a guys fishing weekend and it was a hit. We could actually fish off the dock!

Wish our stay was longer to enjoy this amazing home!
From the moment I booked this home, there was nothing let to worry about besides showing up and enjoying everything. The check-in process was smooth and Bob sent out an information packet that gave you all of the "need to knows" before you arrive. The home was well stocked with just about anything you could need with extra special touches like travel toiletries in each bathroom, welcome snacks, sun screen, towels, fishing roads, bait buckets, boogie boards, beach chairs, and the list goes on and on. There was a bad storm the night before and it tripped a breaker for the lights in the powder room, but Bob was very prompt with responding to my text and came out to fix it the next day which I told him it wasn't necessary for him to rush. We played basketball, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf and caught some amazing fish off the dock that has the most beautiful sunsets. They do provided multiple different bug sprays and I recommend using them if you want to enjoy listening to the waves in the evening hours. We found the beach pool (directly across the main road) on our last day and it was great. The home is located close to many different activities, jet ski riding in Ft. Peirce, the oceanographic center in Stewart, Saturday morning markets in Ft. Peirce, and so much more. There isn't anything that I could have thought of to make this a better stay except for having more time! I sure hope to be able to book this home again. Thank you Bob and Patti for a wonderful time!!
