Beautiful apartment studio style. Three minutes from the beach and famous downtown Jensen beach with its famous outdoor restaurants and bars facing the nice Indian River. Designed for a romantic getaway ,3 friends for water sports adventure or fishing trip. Nice deck and yard to prepare a BBQ while relaxing under the shadow of the palms. Walking distance from the broad walk Indian River side, fruit stand, fish market,sailing center and marina. Children museum is also 0.9 mile , 3 minutes away and it has a children beach. Restaurants and beaches are open . Come and visit us!

Weekend retreat
This property is fine for a short stay. It is rather rough around the edges and I would not consider it to be a romantic setting. Unfortunately the guests above us smoked in the adjoining utility room which is not the fault of the hosts in any way. There are no smoking signs posted.

Studio Apartment is a converted garage stall - truly.
The description mentions a dining area which is really a one-foot wide table which we needed to use for our small suitcase due to lack of space; the couch held our other suitcase. The place smelled damp and musty and there was no control over the thermostat. There is no bidet, as listed in the description, and the side yard was dirt with two plastic chairs. There was a great deal of noise from the unit above - we could clearly hear footsteps and drawers opening and closing at three in the morning! The unit is terribly over-priced, even for the proximity to the beach.

Misrepresented!!!
I have put in a dispute. It was not safe. The pictures didn't show the surroundings outside. Unkempt, dirty. The room wreaked of dampness and mold. My throat got filled with phlegm. The Bedding smelled like a damp basement! Chipped paint on the walls. Dirty bath mat. Looked like they just wipe things down hastily. It was not clean!! The "quaint little area shown outside to sit was horrible. Dirty chairs, rusty outside door, a rusty blanket holder? And you looked at this disgusting lot of unkempt landscape. Its a concerted garage. The patio furniture was disgusting. DIRTY!. I left. I would not stay there. I called the owner, she just argued with me. No help at all. It was totally misrepresented. I called Vrbo and have filed a complaint to get a refund. Pictures coming soon. VERY disappointed. It was located down this dirt road in the ba l of these houses. Very secluded.....not safe for a woman by herself.

Quaint perfection location
Great spot for what we were looking for. Near good restaurants, beaches and night entertainment. Small but efficient. Only negative was that the sofa and dinette chairs were a bid uncomfortable. Would stay again.
