"Superb holiday in a beautiful home & villa, very well looked after by the fabulous Sunny who is a real asset to this property. We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli. "What we expected and what we got, were really different. The listing makes it seem like it’s a big Villa with four bedrooms/bathrooms, all situated in one house. It’s really a duplex situation side by side with separate entrances. My 2 children and I were looking forward to having our own rooms to sleep in since we had been sharing hotel rooms on this trip. However, both of my kids were creeped out because it meant someone would be in the other unit alone. Now this place is great for 2 families...
